Youth Challenge

The bus trip from EWC includes transportation and meals. Any other meals or snacks will be the responsibility of the camper. Please complete the EWC Registration for the bus trip on this page. If you have not registered for Youth Challenge yet, please click here to do so. Be sure to choose "Yes" for the group discount option and select "Emmanuel Wesleyan Church" to be eligible for the 10% group discount.

Packing List

Sleeping bag or bedding to put on a twin bunk bed mattress.
Pillow
Casual clothing for Thursday
Casual or sports clothing for Friday in the day
Dressier clothing for Friday evening’s service
Casual clothing for Saturday
Towel & Washcloths
Toothbrush/paste, deodorant, etc.
Money for meals on the bus (We will stop for three meals, two fast-food and one buffet. Total Cost $20-$30 depending on how you eat!)
Money for snacks at YC (optional)

Trip Information

LEAVING:

Please arrive at EWC no later than 4:15 A.M. We will be loading the bus and departing at 4:30 A.M. on Thursday morning.
Please pack light. There is limited space for luggage on the bus.

RETURNING:

Since we plan to leave directly after the last service on Saturday afternoon, you need to have your luggage at the bus for loading BEFORE the last service. Check with Lester as to where the bus will be parked for loading.
We plan to get back to the church early Sunday morning.

YOUTH CHALLENGE and TRIP GUIDELINES:

If under the age of 18, you MUST have a Liability Release Form signed by a parent or guardian before getting on the bus.
You will be on the “honor system” to play only music and watch videos that are proper for a Christian or church function.
You are not allowed to go off campus for any reason without speaking to one of the sponsors!
Please be diligent to attend all scheduled services.
Dress Code: Clothing for both guys and girls should not be revealing, or distracting. It should be appropriately loose fitting, high enough not to reveal cleavage, and should extend at least to the knee in length.

Bring money for any snacks you may wish to purchase.
