The bus trip from EWC includes transportation as well as three meals (two going, one returning). Meals are included as part of your Youth Challenge registration, but any other meals or snacks will be the responsibility of the camper. Please complete the EWC Registration for the bus trip on this page. If you have not registered for Youth Challenge yet, please do so at https://youthchallenge.net/register/. Be sure to choose "Yes" for the group discount option and select "Emmanuel Wesleyan Church" to be eligible for the 10% group discount.

Please arrive at EWC no later than 4:15 A.M. We will be loading the bus and departing at 4:30 A.M. on Thursday morning.
Please pack light. There is limited space for luggage on the bus.
Since we plan to leave directly after the last service on Saturday afternoon, you need to have your luggage at the bus for loading BEFORE the last service. Check with Lester as to where the bus will be parked for loading.
We plan to get back to the church early Sunday morning.
YOUTH CHALLENGE and TRIP GUIDELINES:
If under the age of 18, you MUST have a Liability Release Form signed by a parent or guardian before getting on the bus.
You will be on the “honor system” to play only music and watch videos that are proper for a Christian or church function.
You are not allowed to go off campus for any reason without speaking to one of us!
Please be diligent to attend all scheduled services.
Girls should wear skirts or dresses…. no shorts, slacks or capris. Guys should wear trousers…. no shorts. All shirts, blouses, tops and attire must be modest and have at least a short sleeve.
BRING MONEY FOR:
Two stops on the way out and and two stops on the way home for food and restrooms, plus any travel snacks you may wish to purchase.
